We are looking for people with

  1. Overactive bladder that have failed treatment with medications
  2. Patients with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) who have overactive bladder and have never had BOTOX injection ito the bladder
  3. People with symptomatic Rectocele (posterior bulge in the vagina with symptoms esp straining to defecate and incomplete emptying of stools)

These trails are post marketing trials with FDA approved materails and not experimental drugs. If you qualify, the study materials would be free and you might be eligible for reimbursement of expenses incurred by you. PArticiaption is entirely voluntary and you will be explained about the study in great details if you qualify before you sign the informed consent for particiapting in the study.
